The Haryana government has renamed the Ayushman card as the Chirayu card. Through Chirayu tax, you can get free treatment up to ₹500000. Under the Haryana Chirayu Scheme, families with an annual income of more than 180000 are also provided free treatment up to ₹500000. For this, they have to pay an annual premium of ₹1500. Families in the state whose annual income is less than 1 lakh 80 thousand rupees are not required to pay any premium.

- To avail the benefits of Haryana Ayushman Card, you must be a native of Haryana.
The applicant must have a family ID.
Income verification is also necessary in the family ID.
The applicant should not be employed in any government post.
The annual income of the applicant’s family should be less than 180000.
If the annual income of the family is more than one lakh and less than 3 lakhs, then he can avail the benefits of Ayushman Card by paying a fee of ₹ 1500.

To download Ayushman card, follow the process given below:
First of all go to the official website of the Central Government https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
Select the beneficiary option on the home page. Enter your mobile number and captcha code and click on the verify option.
Now OTP will come on the number entered by you. Enter the OTP and verify.
After logging in to the portal, select the name of the state, select the district, and enter your family identity card number and search.
After searching, the list of your name will appear in front of you.
Now you have to download the Ayushman card by clicking on the download option given in front of the Ayushman card.
